Donata Jay★★★★★Jinya was delicious. We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 littles). We had the fried chicken and wow! So juicy. Kids are great. Our ramen was fantastic. Extremely flavorful. 100% get the iced matcha.

Servers were severely over worked and doing the best they could. 20min to get water, 15min to order food, 30min for food to arrive, 15min for check. It was so slow. On a weekday with 50% occupancy, every table was waiting. We paid 20% tip and hoping that all goes to the staff and wish Jinya management looks at this closely and action on it. Location and food was really nice!

He was very attentive checking up on me more times than I can count. I had asked him about the menu he gave me suggestions which I appreciated. He was honest when I asked him about a particular item or drink on the menu which he was very professional with his answer and very genuine. Thank you to all the staff at Jinya ramen bar. I will be back!!
