Carmen & Raymond Buchanon★★★★★My husband and I dined at True Food Kitchen while shopping in the area. We opted to sit outside, but they also offer indoor seating. Jasmine was our server and she was great! She was super informative, helpful, and kind. We were pretty hungry, so we ordered right away. We ordered two Sparkling Prickly Pear Tisanes, the organic Tuscan kale salad with blackened shrimp and the teriyaki quinoa bowl with blackened shrimp. Everything arrived promptly, and it was fresh and delicious. From the service to the food, we enjoyed our dining experience. We look forward to dining here again!

Salad was delightful and fresh. Parmesan Chicken was on the dry side chicken wise. Air fry is healthier , not juicy and enjoyable. Pasta was good. Will try the spaghetti squash tonight. Ethan Kerr★1 star. I wish I could give less. I've been a True Food customer since 2017, back when the Denver location felt like it actually believed in its own menu. The Alpharetta location has spent the last few years proving that a restaurant can, in fact, give up in real time while still charging full price. There's no care here.
