We were not greeted at the door when we walked in, nor at the host stand. No one spoke to us or asked how many were in our party; they just looked at us dumbfounded. We ordered dessert and waited 20 minutes before asking where it was. The retail girl who checked us out did great; I regret not getting her name. She did her job to the max. The food was burnt, and some items were missing. The pancakes were super flat with no fluff at all, and the over-easy eggs were cooked over medium. Drinks had no carbonation. We stayed in the parking lot overnight and had dinner inside. Menu has changed a bit. Fried chicken is only on the weekends now. They have a day of the week special every day. Food was delicious, hot and tasty. Our server was amazing.

Cracker Barrel is always good and consistent. This place was clean , the service was fast and our server Shyla was great. The portion of meatloaf was generous and the chicken fried turkey breast which is seasonal was excellent . Very close to 5 stars but the carrots and green beans need more seasoning. The 20% off coupon which we brought with us was accepted which we appreciated . I would definitely eat there again

The biscuits and cornbread were soft and delicious. We ordered roast beef which was quite tender and flavorfull. We also ordered the fried chicken plate. The breast and thigh were huge, the wing and leg were little but you get 4 pieces plus 2 sides so it's a filling and great tasting meal. We then went to the retail area because we needed to walk a bit to let our full bellies settle down. They always have beautiful items for the different holidays.
