Avoid this Taco Bell!! This Taco Bell always prepares my orders incorrectly! I‘m a vegetarian and usually pick black beans instead of meat. They ALWAYS prepare them with refried beans instead of black beans even though I choose it in the app and also tell them again at the drive through…. They even substituted the black beans in my chalupa with ground beef… I also didn’t receive any sauces with my last orders… One of the worst Taco Bells I‘ve been to! If you decide going there, I wouldn’t recommend going there at night or you‘ll probably don’t get what you ordered!

I've come in off and on for the last few months after seeing the reviews online to find out if any of what was said was true or not. Nothing online is true, yes you may wait for a while but this store gets overloaded with orders, they are the busiest locations in iowa, compared to waukee this store is very quick and waukee does maybe six orders an hour compared to the fifty to sixty orders outside of all the doordashes they do on top of their normal business, even with all that the staff is friendly and polite and the place is actually very clean, especially compared to other locations around

Presentation of the food is almost always disappointing. Quality is not good. I’ve been to the Taco Bell in Ames about three or four times and it has disappointed me every single time.

3:30pm and we are the only customers…. Why does it look like this? Other pictures would include the fountain area being destroyed, not a single table was clean. I had to wipe our table off, just to decide to leave because the place was so nasty.
