I got locked out of my apartment so I couldn’t come pick up my mobile order. But the girls there were so sweet, I called their location explaining what happened and they offered to make my order for me the next day so that I don’t miss out on my coffee🥹I normally don’t write reviews, but this made my rough day turn a little sweeter. They were busy when I picked up my coffee the next morning, so I felt the need to say thank you on here and hopefully they see how appreciative I am🥰

My thoughts on Tim Horton's happy cooking and a small coffee when I purchase it I move west drooling of the excitement my taste buds and my imagination of this was fabulous better than dreaming of it actually by into it it was a delicious bite what woke up all my happy thoughts also Tim's coffee is delightful why is buying it's been twice as much or you have the best and your grip and guzzle down I sure did All that baby interested go to Tim's and especially get the smart cook the smiling cookie all proceeds go directly to Tim Hortons for kids camp Paul db 🥸

The service was very pleasant. The breakfast sandwiches were fresh and yummy. The donuts were a great selection and delicious. We have only been to Tim Horton's a couple of times when we are traveling and it's always good.

I was almost impressed by the level of incompetence I witnessed at this Tim’s location today. It was 1 pm and I was a member of a 6-person customer line awaiting service. But customer service was not on the menu today. No, no - today must have been Customer Indifference Day. We were not acknowledged verbally or visually as we patiently awaited some sort of service. As the moments ticked by, I observed that there were 5 people on duty, which does not suggest their being understaffed. Then I took stock of my fellow customers.
