Customer service was amazing ! Young man working the window was polite as ever ! However instead of enjoying my breakfast I couldn’t eat it because it was brunt . This is my favorite location but it seems maybe I need a new spot

Picked up food on Sunday night. It was busy, but the lady who took my order was very friendly. However, when I pulled up to the second window, the guy who handed me the food had a strange demeanor. He looked like he didn’t want to be there and stared at me without any facial expression, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. When I got back to the hospital and opened my bag, I realized both of my cheeseburgers were missing. Very disappointing and weird experience.

I use 1500 points on my app just grab a ice cream cone. They took my points and then the lady tells me they shut their ice cream machine down already come back tomorrow. I said I don’t live here and then I was like can I just get a Mc double and no onions they told me no, I have a cookie I didn’t ask for a cookieand then they started being rude and I was like just give me a large Coke and when I pulled up to the window, this black guy, he’s like spitting his Coke thinking I went and pulled up yet like I didn’t hear that I’m suing McDonald’s. When he brought it to the window, he handed it to me

DONT COME HERE This place is always somehow busy and yet it takes 15 minutes for them to answer at the drive through and another 45 to get my food. It’s like they wait for people to leave or something, this business is terrible, DO NOT COME HERE.
