I've been there a few times and the food is always delicious. Since it's seafood, the prices are a bit more expensive but I think that it is worth it. If you order a bento box, you are definitely getting your money's worth. There is usually little to no wait time for dining in. The staff is very friendly and food comes out in a good amount of time. I would definitely recommend!

I truly recommend this place! I ordered a fried pork (Tonkatsu), the portion was HUGE, and it was accompanied by rice and miso soup. Even can’t finish by myself! It’s flavor is authentic, very authentic Japanese food. Way better than other japanese restaurants. The decoration is also warm and japanese-style, with wood tables and floors, there are some anime characters on the wall

We came for dinner and were disappointed in both the food and service. It took a little while to order drinks but it was busy. Only two people were asked at the table, then the waiter left. After drinks, we set for a while before we got to order but the food came out quickly. We didn’t get one refill until we asked at the very end. For the food, the miso soup was very salty. The tempura sushi came out refrigerator cold. The chicken katsu was the most disappointing. I attached a picture to show the color. After living in Japan and eating Japanese food from all over the world, the katsu

Great place for Japanese Cuisine in Ann Arbor. Was looking out for vegetarian rolls in maps and across Totoro. Plenty of vegetarian options. But not only that, they have diverse options some of which I have seen nowhere. Our waitress was super respectful about our dietary restrictions, recommended the plates by herself, warned if something like veg but was not and made sure that they are followed. Something that I have rarely experienced at Japanese restaurants. Loved the place and overall experience.
