My first time trying any Dutchess and definitely my last. Meat was so burnt in my Philly cheesesteak and the veg tasted off, hotdog looked like utter shit, chicken nuggets were undercooked and oily as hell. We threw our food in the bin and left as fast as we could. I still feel nauseous thinking about that place.

The 2nd time now I've ordered went to eat my meal and it was completely wrong oh and destroyed not to mention the condiments you pay extra for not included in the dam bag, robbing my pocket without a gun just horrible service I guess... both hot dogs no Chilli. One has may who does that bull and the other idk on it but bun destroyed wth

They can't seem to get an order right and when they do ultimately mess it up they do nothing to make it right, not even an apology, can't even reach out to them on the phone. They clearly don't care about their customers. The only thing they got going on for themselves is that they offer breakfast all day. Never going back there again. The people are garbage, the food is garbage, and as a fast food restaurant they are the worst!

I am used to going to the Fairfield location and the Seymour location is sub par in comparison. 1) My take out order was wrong. 2) Fries tasted greasy. 3) Chocolate shake was not good at all. Staff was pleasant though.
