I can honestly say it I always a crap shoot when I place n order and this is the only dunking I have the same issue with time and time gain. The loaded hash browns is supposed to be bacon cheese and hash browns, but in stead I either get a spoon full of cheese or no cheese. Y’all have to do better. Especially when your establishment isn’t that busy.

I stopped in at 5:20 this morning to get a box of donuts with the free tote bag. I got told at the window when I asked for my bag, “The manager has them locked in the office and we don’t know when she’ll be here.” I’m pretty sure promo items aren’t supposed to be locked up when traffic starts to pick up and are supposed be available after midnight. Aside from that, I can’t tell you how many times my coffee or sandwiches have been wrong here. I’ve gotten whole milk when I’ve asked for oat and egg on a sandwich I specified none. And the ladies get nasty when you tell them your order is wrong.

I was served by an employee in the drive through named Christy she was very rude and did not listen to my specific order. She also smelled of strong BO, its bad for.the stores appearance, i told her I had allergies to dairy, and she's Still put cream in my coffee and after I brought it back.She seemed like she did not care and gave me an attitude and no refund or replacement i now avoid this duncan , if I can at all costs

I like to use Dunkin , my kids and me like to eat bacon egg cheese croisant,but when I saw the paper on the grinder, what the hell , the man who is made run all the time and look what he gave me.Please but if my kids eat it 😡😡😡. Be careful for next time.
