I ordered the new western bacon chicken sandwich it definitely doesn’t look like the picture.The chicken was way overcooked it looked like a burger. The onion rings on this sandwich and the burger I ordered had no crunch at all. It was disappointing normally no problems.

Went thru the drive thru and got my jalapeno poppers wasn't asked about what sauce I wanted just to have to go back around to be told they are out ranch and the house dressing. Very poor management if you ALWAYS run out of them. At least they don't have the AI for their drive thru
