Ordered half sweet and half unsweetened tea because your sweet tea at full strength will give a hummingbird diabetes. You charged me 10c up charge to mix a drink? Glad I didn’t ask for a splash of every soft drink from your fountain machine. Probably be down $100.00

Ordered on the app for curbside pickup xmas night around 7:30. Did not know they were closed at 6, but the money came out pending in my account. I go in today 12/26 at 3:20 and speak to the manager and SHOW him the app pick up that says "go to front desk and show your pick up number" to place your order for food. I did that and the manager told me no! He said they were closed xmas night. I said I know, it says give you the order number to make the order. He refused to enter my number and said I will get a refund after midnight. The app says, thanks for your order hope you enjoyed your food?! A

The owner or manager is so cheap it is actually ridiculous. I ordered 3 meals that came with sauces and they gave none. I asked for them and they told the cashier I could only have 2. I question this of course because with every McDonald’s when you get chicken nugget meals, they come with sauces for each meal. I know sometimes when you get more they charge. But they did not want to give me the sauces that come with my meals. They had to review my receipt to give me more sauces. This isn’t the first time that has happened at this McDonald’s. I understand cost cutting, but not to the point that

I ordered a chicken biscuit meal and a sausage egg mxmuffin FIFA CUP meal. They said that I had to pay $2 extra for the FIFA meal WHEN I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IT! The lady manager wouldn't give me my FIFA CUP so I got a refund for both meals and left. THIS MICKEY D'S IS NOT IT.
