I have my lunch at this Jack in the Box or order to go many times. The burgers or sandwiches here match most of the fast-food restaurants in the area. The service is usually fast. But I wouldn't say I like their dining room. So I have my order to go most of the time. The parking lot is smaller than most fast-food restaurants. It is hard to find parking at lunchtime sometimes.

Came here because the website says this location is open 24 hours, but when I arrived I was told they were closed. I understand staffing or safety issues can happen, but the way it was handled was unprofessional. I was cut off while trying to ask a simple question, and I was also denied access to the restroom. If the store isn’t actually open 24 hours, the hours need to be updated so customers aren’t wasting their time. Clear communication and basic customer service go a long way. Whoever girl.in the drive thru Christmas day around 7PM had a real stank attitude! Very unprofessional. I get it's Xmas day and getting busy but you shouldn't accept work where you can't deliver decent customer service. I'm not too thrilled with my foods quality and the way it was handed to me with zero communication. Pure rude. I don't even trust my food to eat it. Especially looking at these dreadful wedges that cost me nearly $5 didn't even touch and it looks unsafe to eat. I'm really disappointed. The manager here or shift supervisor is incredibly rude. The team seemed disorganized and was raising her voice at employees. My brother asked to use the restroom (locked and needs a key) and rudely asked if we were buying something, as I’m in line to order. Totally get it but say it better and don’t suck, we are all human. The food is what you’d expect but I’d opt for the drive thru, get your food and go!
