WHat it may lack in mozzarel, it more than makes up for in ambiance, charm, and local folk singers passionately performing open mics. I ended up in a surprisingly sincere conversation with the woman behind the counter, who is also a singer, about art, passion, survival, and never giving up on life. Which, honestly, is exactly the kind of conversation one should have in a place called La Dolce Vita. Would recommend the cambric.
