The lunch experience was not anywhere close to Chick-fil-A standards. The wait was about 5 min with just one order location in use, with two additional staff members standing around. The restaurant was also not up to the usual level of cleanliness. Food parts on tables, seats, and floor. The large fries portion was clearly not completely filled. For such an important location , the restaurant needs some strong improvement. If the location is super busy, it will be a tough situation. My personal score a 3.8.

I ordered on the app on my walk to this location from the GA World Congress Center. Location is connected to the College Football Hall of Fame. My food was ready about 2 mins after I arrived. I ordered a regular spicy chicken sandwich, and actually received a deluxe spicy sandwich, so no complaints at all! Fries were hot & fresh. I was just trying to catch them before they closed for the day. The only thing I would change is for them to have standard operating hours equal to other CFA locations, instead of them closing at 6pm.

Order 5 count nugget kids meal with siracha dipping sauce. Instead I received 2 strips & honey mustard. I ordered a small mac and cheese and I hadn’t had it in a while, but now I remember why. It’s terrible, absolutely flavorless. Called customer support because the fries tasted stale as well, like they’d been under the heat lamp a minute and all I was offered was an apology.

July 2024 Before entering the College Football Hall of Fame we dined at the Chick-fil-A located next to it. Chick-fil-A sponsors this hall of fame and this location was much fancier than others. There was football memorabilia and nice graphics on the walls. The menu looked the same and the service was great. I ordered the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich with the Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries. The food was very good and extremely tasty as usual. There was plenty of seating and the place looked very clean.
