Went through the drive through with my kids after going to the trampoline park. We sat at the order box for a solid 5 minutes at least waiting for them to take our order. They just kept saying "hold on". Ordered 2 Dave's singles, 1 hamburger with ketchup only, and a 4 piece chicken strip. We waited for our food longer than normal. Only 1 car was in front of us. Unfortunately, I did not order anything. I asked to use the restroom. The woman at the counter kindly advised me that I must order something to use the restroom. I replied that I will order something but I needed to use the facilities fairly urgently. She then explained she could take my order now then allow me to use them. I then said never mind and began to walk away. She wished me a good day. Everything was professional. But where is the trust? This Wendys always ruthlessly pushes you in and out the drive thru! You will not get your receipt unless you specifically ask. I always ask. However, the past like 4 months, I've been told they can't give it to me because their reçiept machine is broken.... is that even legal? To deny the customer the receipt of there purchase? I honestly think it's a ploy so customers can't scan their receipts in the Wendys app for points..... no points for customers means they don't have to give any free food away. I go there since it's only 1 minute drive from home. Well, and cus they're have great chili!
