The food is really good and the female employees are really nice, but every male employee I’ve encountered is extremely rude. I went in at 3:50 to order a iced coffee, they close at 4 which I understand they’re closing soon and probably want to go home, but the guy gave me a blank stare and told me and other customers to get out because they weren’t serving food. I’ve worked in retail, and restaurants, and cafes, but we only turn customers away if our hours are actually closing time.

Service was great and memorable but the food was even better! I thought the coffee was fine and good, but the “presto! pesto!” bagel I got was out of this world. Very pleasantly surprised and I will be returning. I will say that it can be quite noisy on the weekend so I don’t think I would come here to work or study, but otherwise great experience and no complaints.

Got the incorrect order. It was super busy and only 1 other person ordered while I was there, but somehow my order was mixed up. I only noticed after I had left and was at my next destination. Also, the person who took my order looked at me like I had two heads just because I ordered a hot coffee and not a drip coffee specifically. I had already told them I couldn't see the menu so I was looking at their online menu and it said hot coffee. THE best bagel I've had in my entire life. I said what I said NY. I came for the cinnamon fig latte and got the bagel on a whim, and I will come back to Boston just for this bagel.
