Stopped in for a patty melt at Five Guys. The cheese was perfectly melted and the sandwich looked great, but the overall flavor was surprisingly flat. I added fried onions, ketchup, mayo, and mustard and still found it under-seasoned. BBQ sauce usually helps bring it to life, but the burger itself should stand on its own. Texture was good — it just needed more seasoning. Not bad, just not as flavorful as I expected.

As someone who used to love Five Guys, I will never eat here again, after being denied permission to use their restroom. This evening I was doordashing and had just picked up an order for a customer from ACME, but when I realized I’d have a ways to go before arriving to their drop off location, I decided to run into this store, since I’ve never ever had issues with using a Five Guys bathroom. Each staffer told me to look at the code on my receipt. Then they called over their manager who told me they’d been receiving low marks due to Doordashers, and therefore they’re no longer allowing acces

Wouldn't let me use the bathroom before ordering. Lost themselves a customer. I've been coming to this location for years. Dumb decisions have consequences. ... Yeah maybe I'll take your survey 5 Guys ownership. I will consider it. But it's really quite simple: I've been coming to this location for years now. Food is always good.
