Comes with grilled onion, spanish rice,charro beans,tortillas,small salsa Verde (best in the world.get extra for dipping chicken and chips)small salsa Rojo 😋. Diverse expanded menu. 2nd person got their order wrong Ordered 5 Tacos, 3 beef,2 barbacoa. Received all barbacoa. To late to go back. No other problems.

He even checked on my after my food was delivered to my table. The Regio platter is my go to. Jason’s customer service is what really stood out. We ordered a Regio Trio Deal and some fries, when we picked the up, the fries, limes, sauces were all over the bag, beans upside down, no cutlery, no napkins, and noooo Cream Churro neither. The worker was told about the situation and she just laughed, she said she can't do anything about it, closed the window and left. Bad Customer Service.

Im very disappointed in the whole menu change it used to be really good but the chicken is not good as it used to be. They messed up by changing the recipe and adding new stuff that ruined the signature taste of the chicken, same goes for the rice and beans it’s all different they even got coleslaw and it’s not even good .Whoever thought it was a good idea to change everything on the menu is dumb they had it perfect before how it was but now ill never go back pollo regio ever again unless they go back to the old style they had but im not counting on it. Im not sure if its just this location or
