First, this store doesnt accept any online promos or any promos all. They gotta make sure they get ALL the money. Second, the portion size they give you makes you feel as if there is a food shortage and they are rationing your food. Which makes you ask for a normal amount in which case they charge you double even tho you're just asking for the normal portion size. Needless to say you're better off driving out of the way to go to another store or just going to Jersey Mikes.

I ordered online I politely asked the lady working to tell me when she was doing my sandwich she said ok well I thought she did and continued t make some subs then mine was all done so I said that I asked you to tell me when you were making my sub so I can tell you how much to put on my sandwich I opened it up and it was a whole problem to ask for more lettuce and more onions I had a 12 inch and she literally told me that she has a limit to what she can put on my sandwich she said she was only able to put 6 onions on my sandwich are you kidding me since when is there a limit to what you can pu

Ordered a sandwich online as part of a promotion. Got a confirmation email with a pick up time. Arrived to get my order and they told me my order was voided because they aren’t participating in the promotion. Super frustrating considering I was allowed to order it online at that location and was only told they weren’t participating AFTER I drove there. They wouldn’t honor the promo even though I was never informed of my order being cancelled.

The couple times I’ve eaten here I’ve had severe stomach issues the rest of the day. The employees are not that nice and shrug everything you say/ask off
