I stood outside at the order counter for 15 minutes, 4 people working no one would bother to take my order, I just wanted an order of fries. Everyone was in a rush to take care of 6 door dash orders before even acknowledging that I was even at their counter. Waited 10 more minutes after one gentleman told me he'd be right with me, standing around fluffing out paper bags to fill more doordash orders. I left, good luck if you want to walk up and order instead of using the drive-thru. Maybe I'll try doordashing it to the Laundromat next door if I want prompt service.

Stopped here yesterday. They asked us to wait a moment at the speaker. One car in line at the window. We literally waited in a hot car for 10 minutes and no one ever came back to the speaker so we backed out of the drive thru and left. Very poor customer service if you cant wait on someone at the window and take 1 order at the speaker. I'd get it if you were busy but you weren't. My guy was on lunch break and went back to work hungry. We wont bother coming back.

Love the burgers and fries but drinks are skimpy and served with too much ice. I also ordered mushroom and Swiss burgers with double meat and got home to single patties. Second time this has happened. Love the staff. Always so friendly!

Moved to Ohio few months back, never hurd of "Rally's" we (my family of 3 full time food eaters) got excited as it reminded us of "Tom Whals" back in Home state. Sorely mistaken, rough service but was detailed on menus, food came more DIY than ready to eat. Well handled at the speaker, huffy attitude at window. Counted items as it was busy in parking lot across the way, headed home, opened first package as pictured. Maybe trying another location as this one does have Reviews I should preview before purchasing.
