I actually prefer this taco bell, over the ones that are close me, the foods usually pretty fresh, however im really starting to get irritated with them basically selling tortillas, WERE ORDERING, AND PAYING FOR TACOS, NOT TORTILLAS! , PUT SOME MEAT, and TOPPINGS IN IT! AS MUCH AS TACO BELL CHARGING, THATS THE LEAST THEY CAN DO, this 1/2 ah spoon of meat spread out business isn't right!

I have tried this taco bell several times. Every time something is wrong, or the food is a wreck. Last time it looked like an MMA fighter punched all of my tacos. And my nachos and cheese were just 5 loan chips thrown in the bag. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Barberton one.

I purchased some chicken nuggets earlier today and they were so overcooked and hard as rocks I couldn’t eat them so please teach your workers how to drop nuggets and for how long they should be dropped for. I went back out and bought nuggets from McDonald's

Worst taco bell I have ever been to. I have been vegetarian for 8 years and this taco bell put meat in every item i purchased. I got a CHEESE quesadilla and a taco salad with NO MEAT and made it very clear to them that I did not want any meat in my order. I didn’t even realize what was in it, because this has not happened before. I then tried to call them because I wanted a refund and they never answered. Call after call and no response from them. I know this is a chain restaurant, but how horrible can you be at your job if you can’t listen to directions AND answer the phone. I want a refund.
