Hardee’s on Summer may have closed, but honestly the location at 2005 Whitten Rd should’ve been the one to go. We stopped there for the first time this morning (4/27/26) and ordered two steak biscuits—both biscuits were so hard they were basically inedible. Definitely check your order before you leave. Really disappointing experience.

Waited 26 minutes and 46 seconds for two biscuits. Yes.. two biscuits. They made me pull up and park like it was a catering order. When the food finally came out, it was cold, stale, and below mid. Nothing about it tasted fresh or worth the price. Paying over $12 for two biscuits and getting food that feels like it was sitting around is wild. Fast food is supposed to be fast. This was neither fast nor good.

I went to the Hardee’s on Kirby Whitten, spent almost $8 I was the worst sandwich I have ever gotten ANYWHERE!! It was so hard & dried out I took a bite & couldn’t even chew it! I had to just throw it away & it was the 1st thing I’d eaten today. If I could give a -10 I would. So disappointed! I see now why they closed all those years ago, they’ve got to do better or they’ll be closing again!

Usually good food but the workers..go in to place an order the cashier on her phone texting and never greeted or even asked for my order. The cook in back she spoke. I guess hard to find good help. When the young guys were working there I never had an issue. The older guy in a Camaro would always close about 6pm despite store hours.
