kirk phifer★★★★★Normal enough looking Wendy’s, but I always get really good and Amazing service from Kevin at the front desk. He’s always in a good mood and greets me with a smile on his face. He is very good at customer service and deserves a raise. I’ve been to this establishment almost 20 times and he always does a great job and I went in on Easter and him and only one other employee was working and he still had an amazing attitude. I just wanted to single him out and tell him what an amazing job he does and how it does make a difference.

Peter McNeeley★Stopped in around 9:45 Wednesday 4/9/25 and ordered a triple combo. The first sandwich received was made incorrectly. I waited another 5 minutes, figured with the wait I would get a sandwich that was correct and fresh. That is far from what I received, I got a sandwich with two regular patties and two junior patties which by smell and looks had been on the grill for quite some time. I took them to the counter and spoke with the manager who said his name was Dakota and he replied they were fresh and had only been on the grill for 5 minutes. After some back and forth it was clear I was wasting m
