I have been going to this Panera for years. I mostly get the broccoli cheddar soup, mac and cheese, butternut squash and the two sandwiches (smokehouse bbq chicken + chipotle chicken avo melt) which I customize (take off ingredients mostly lol). I really like their stuff, I know it's still technically fast food but I like it because it feels more fresh and isn't fried. Took a star off because of the increase in prices, kinda sucks to pay $12 for a bowl of mac and cheese that comes in frozen and is thawed, I could buy it at the supermarket but the texture and taste isn't the same at all. I have been to this location and the customer service is quick and friendly. I had lunch with a friend here and it's always clean. Most places don't care about that. If you have a bad experience, it's best to see a manager. Give them a chance to address the issue.

My favorite local Panera, my coworkers and I usually get you pick two’s with some type of salad, sandwich or soup. We’ve almost tried the entire menu. They always listen to any customizations on our orders. If I wanted more food, Id pay extra for it but the meal pictured is enough for me & standard portions are consistent with other Paneras. The difference is the kindest staff & a very clean & tidy area to eat

Great place to get a nice meal!! I’ve always been a fan of Panera, what makes this one great is that the service here was very friendly as well. I came in to grab some dinner with my boyfriend, as we were paying for our food, the cashier (Angel? Possibly?) told us that we were a cute couple and looked good together. That was very sweet of him. He thanked us and made our day with his kindness! Additionally, our order was ready very quickly, which is something you don’t see at other Panera’s. Great place, location is good as well because it is in a large mall.
