I was in line altogether for 30 minutes or more and there was only ONE person in front of me. I would have left but I was basically trapped in the drive thru. Someone ordered a ton of food and they should have pulled them to the front in that case. Even my order took a good 15-20 minutes and it was simple. I get you can’t expect much for service anywhere these days (especially fast food), but to wait 30 minutes when there’s just one person in front is absolutely insane for FAST food. I could have gone to a restaurant instead. I was tired and just got off a 12 hour shift so I wanted something

Decided to give this location a second chance. To my dismay, the service and food was worst than my first visit. The value for the dollar is none existing. There were no prices at the drive thru board and the biggest insult was the length of time to get food was far from being classified as fast food. If I could give negative stars, I would. Do not eat at this establishment unless you have plenty of time and like surprise totals. By the way, the food was sub par.

One word.... Tacos. This isn't the closet location to us, but we will drive the extra miles because this is our favorite Jack in the Box. The lady that works the window is so nice every time. And the tacos are always on point!

Customer service at this place is horrible. How are we supposed to know that the speaker was broken when there's no signage on it and cashier stated I'm tired of telling y'all that the speaker is broken in a very rude and unprofessional way😡😡😡 this happened on 4/20/2026 at 910pm, very rude and I will not be spending my money here I'm at Store Manager and if my cashier said that to my customers they would be sitting at home for 3 days this location needs to be closed down.😡😡😡
