I have ordered 4 chocolate iced and 4 lemon filled per month from this place through door dash and they have always put all 8 donuts in 1 box. This morning they put all in small paper bags. Lemon filled no problem chocolate not so good. All of the icing stuck to the paper. I call them and they told me if I wanted more come get them. That’s the new USA way of doing things I guess. I’m good but never this Shipley again. Sara nora!

I attempted to use the Shipley's offer I received through email for a free glazed donut through the app. Just know the location on College Street cannot facilitate that offer. For one thing the app does not offer glazed donuts, go figure! On top of that the facility does not have the ability to scan the barcode for the offer. I did give them two stars for past window orders and great donuts!

I will start with I don't like Shipley's donuts- fight my kids all the time about Shipley BUT the donuts at this location were so good I would drive 2hrs to get them again!

just left there. I had inquired about the frappe flavors because there is one flavor in particular that I like I could just couldn’t remember the name of, But the lady at the drive-through only listed off four flavors and said that’s all they had. I was a little disappointed, but ordered a frappe anyway. The drink I ordered left my mouth full of gritty, coffee ground like stuff that wouldn’t dissolve.
