Today I got caught up at work, and one of my coworkers ran to Wendy’s to grab food for the shop. I sent her my order but totally forgot to say which sauce I wanted. While she was waiting in line for me to respond, Summer, the drive-thru employee, went out of her way to help by giving me one of every sauce so I wouldn’t miss out. That small act of kindness honestly made my day. Not only did I get the sauce I originally wanted, but I even discovered a new favorite! 10/10 experience. This Wendy’s has always been reliable, and moments like this are exactly why I keep coming back.

Jenn the manager was very rude. I called in asking for the receipt number because it was missing from my receipt and it was missing a barcode. This was important to me because I use the rewards program via app and it did not give me my reward points. This was the only reason why I came to Wendy’s today to retrieve additional points. She attempted to help me at first all while calling me, sweetheart, the entire time which I did not appreciate. I eat fast food maybe 2-3 times a year. On May 27, yesterday, I ordered a chicken wrap combo. The fries were old, under portioned. The wrap was not only wrapped wrong but it was dry and tasted like old gas station food. The coke was delicious. By the way….. the back door being left wide open and some haggly looking people running in and out hanging outside is not a good look at all. That was my last visit to this restaurant! I would have been better off going home and having a p b & j!!!

They were out of lettuce and didn’t say anything so all of our orders came out “incomplete”. I’d have been ok if they had said anything before we ordered since we have picky eaters but they didn’t and it was a problem. They don’t have a baby changing table in either bathroom. The men’s bathroom was out of toilet paper and was horribly unclean and the last person to come out of it was an employee. They had to know cause they had 3 napkins on the toilet paper dispenser. The lounge was out of napkins. I would never come back to this location.
