The vibe here is a cool "rustic dive"—really laid back and the perfect spot to hang out. Pro Tip: If you want to skip the main line, head straight to the bar area. Ordering directly from the bartender is much faster than the main queue. That’s where we sat and had the Wagyu BYOB burger. The meat is top-tier and so flavorful—everyone should at least try their burger once! You also have to check out the pickle bar. This is THE WORSE twisted roots burger location I have ever been to… we frequently go to the Arlington location. Even visited two other locations (Waco and Dallas) Bedford should be ashamed… let’s start with the food preparation. I ordered a Turcluckin and Fries… my burger came with two old chicken tenders and crispy onions that might as well have been sautéed… There was absolutely nothing CRISPY about them as a matter of fact there was hardly any batter. The fries were barely warm. I asked for fresh french fries and was told the wait would be three minutes… Which was fine! Less than three mi

The staff is nice... the atmosphere is fun... the food is good but never will you get a medium rare no matter how many times you order it... Medium well is the best you can hope for and many times it will just be way overcooked.... *** EDIT *** Just went to the Bedford location again today May 30 2026 around 1:20pm, ordered a "medium rare" Steak Me Home Tonight burger.... see the second attached picture and tell me has the issue been corrected?
