Just echoing Hannah's recent review that the wait times are kinda bad here. 🐢 Stopped to get a "quick" breakfast but at least 5 or 6 of us are sitting in the drive thru line that isn't moving at 10:30am. Had time to write most of this review just waiting to get to the payment window. If the food isn't ready, pull into another space and wait and don't hold up the pick up line. Is this not McD drive thru 101? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Nottingham does this much better. Please consider improving this location with training and/or more people. 🙏🏼 The employees were friendly but it was a really slow line for a Mc

I ordered at 4:40am on the app. Got there at 5am. Not ready. Lady comes in to work her shift and asks the overnight shift why it isnt ready.. Whatever, totally used to it at this place. Is what really blows my mind, is that the guy (who should have already had my order done) ASKS ME "Bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle right?" I say "yup and the latte." 5 minutes later he hands me the bag and drink. I leave, thinking since I was the only one there he couldn't possibly get it wrong after asking me what my order was.
