I got a taco with nothing in it like what… and they always say they can’t make somthing because they don’t have it then you go back there 2 min later and it’s all of a sudden available

If I could do zero stars I would not only for me but for everyone that was in this store from 12pm-2pm today. The staff was basically flat out ignored everyone there. There was multiple people there for over an hour and still didn't get there food even myself I was picking up 2 doordash orders that was supposed to be picked up by 1:06pm and I didn't get them till 2pm. This is ridiculous people go there hungry and to pick up orders for work not to sit around with their head up their butt.

I'll never come to this Taco Bell ever again. This Taco Bell used to be the best out of the area's Taco Bells. Tonight we ordered $40 worth worth of food from the kiosk. The two workers that were preparing our food kept looking at us then back to each other then snicker & smirk. This made me very uncomfortable in suspicious that maybe they did something to our food. We gave them the benefit of the doub though, and I wish I wouldn't have). Part of my order included two orders of nacho fries which were inedible (see pic). We also had a nacho Bell grande and some tacos which my children ate. Both

This has got to be one of the worst locations. It shouldn't take over 30 minutes to get tacos. Not one time as the lobby filled up with people waiting for food did anyone from the back say anything. Whoever runs this place needs to do an employee overhaul.
