Trishy★Ordered a pizza and chicken. Took over 1 and half hours to get my order (when I was told 30 minutes). Food came in 2 smashed up boxes delivered by Pizza Hut driver. Pizza was ice cold. Chicken was hard as a rock. Absolutely disgusting and I now will never order again! We order so much from here and after tonight I will never again. The pizza I swear the crust was like a rubbery tortilla . The pizza had slid around all over the box as when we opened it was just everywhere.

I get worked up just making a custom order because I don't want to be more of a pain. So to my point this is Pizza Hut seems to always be hit or miss and the Pizza I just got seems like they went out of there way to mess it up. I ordered a large pie with extra sauce lightly cooked, instead I got a large pie with little to no sauce overcooked. How do you mess up this much unless it's on purpose and because I'm always so nice to the point where I appear to be su
