Normally I don’t write reviews however I feel like in this instance it needs to be done. Since I worked in the food industry a few years ago it just makes me very sad to see things like this. My fiance went to get food for us and our kids. She was the only one in the drive through. So I would like to say that I understand being busy and having a rush and scrambling to get everything done, however being the only person in drive through and being asked to pull over and sit there for 20 mins before receiving food is kind of crazy. Absolutely horrible experience on Sunday 5/17/26. I ordered a Biggie Bag at 12:10 PM and did not receive my food until 12:45 PM. Waiting 35 minutes for a small bag of frozen fast food is unbelievable. The management and workers were extremely slow and unorganized. To make things even worse, people who ordered after me somehow got their food before I did. After waiting that long, I at least expected the food to be hot and fresh, but instead it was cold and old. I would never in my life go to this place again, nor would I recommend anyone else to go here. New management and employees are needed

This place has gone down hill . Place a mobile order get there 15 mins later still waiting another ten for fries. They are never busy so I do not understand the wait , Sandwich completely wrong , food is cold Staff is rude. Will not be going back .

Waited for someone to come to the counter to place an order and nobody ever came. Placed an order on the app at 6:45 pm. Stood at the counter until 7:15. In the half hour, one person walked up and said "someone will be right with you" and disappeared to the back. 10 minutes later he resurfaced and says "someone help you yet?" And disappeared again. A half hour for a 4 count nugget and a jbc is wild. I walked out without my food and called the 800 number at 7:20 for a refund. Recording told me I reached them outside of their call center hours of 8am to 8pm....
