The owners of this place really need to reconsider their structure and the situations they put their employee thru. Friday night i place an online order. Left my house 15 mins later so about 20 mins after order was placed, i get to the drive thru. Line did not move not one inch for 20 mins. So i decide to go inside. Notice on door due to equipment issue they are delayed. Okay fine. I wait another 30 mins. Kid asks my name, i tell him he tells the line, i watch them prepare my food, takes it to the drive thru window and it was gone. 20 mins later, he asks my name again, i tell him and he says o

Famously bad service in the area. If you have the option I would go to any of the other Taco Bells in the area, they are much much faster. There is constant drama going on at this location, they have twice the staff the other locations do, and take three times as long.

This place used to be spot on. Lately theyve been getting orders wrong. They gave me the wrong change back and had to recount the entire drawer before they refunded me. I waited 40minutes. The tacos fall apart before you can eat them and the burritos unravel all of the time leaving a mess. Tonight the drive thru stated that they are only doing door dashes and mobile app orders. No sign on the drive thru to inform customers. Im in charge of organizing a meeting of 60+ people for next week and they wanted something simple like taco bell. Absolute worst Taco Bell location! Never leave without checking your order. Every order we’ve done is missing multiple items. The night hours don’t bother! They make you wait in line then send you to wait in the front just to give you your order incorrect they hurry back inside and lock the doors. Once you get done checking if your food is there which 99% of the time it’s missing something then you have to wait back in line for them to fix it. The staff has a crappy attitude and don’t care. They are too busy chatting amongst each other to care! People use their money to buy this food and it’s
