I usually have a good experience at this establishment. Everyone is super friendly and often go around the tables asking if everything is okay. Yet, for the first time I found a dead fly in my salad. I tried going on the app in attempt to contact customer support but I wasn’t able to.

Food was just ok. I don't get the hype. The fries were hot but not crispy. The new chicken sandwich was really good. Expensive, but good. All-in-all, I'd probably eat here again but definitely not considered a "go-to" restaurant for me.

The food is great but the reason for the 5 stars is definitely the staff and how clean they keep the place. The staff treat you like royalty to be honest. And they little flower decorations really shows the dedication from the the staff and chick-fill-a.

A little disappointed today, I came in because I had a free sandwich, the attendant was very bored, he didn't come all the way up to my window in the Drive-Thru he hid behind a stall. I chose the very first free sandwich and with an incredibly uninterested tone the young man told me that this was only for breakfast. I expressed a little bit of disappointment at which the attendant showed no interest. The young man really wasn't interested in his job. He wasn't interested in my order. He wasn't interested in the day, it seemed like he was only interested in going back home. Quite frankly, it
