I got food poisoning from here, was in the hospital and they can’t even answer a phone call when Im trying to let a manager know. Imagine giving spoiled cream to a customer. COULD NEVER BE ME!!!! Literally do better.

i go to this dunks 5 times a week because they are on my way to work and friendly but for the last 2 days the unpolite employee at the window was very rude , she doesnt greet you at the window with a hello or good morning , she doesnt even tell you the price you are being charged for , when she passes you are food its like she throwing it at you and when she passes you your drinks she doesnt even look what she is doing so if they fall its your falt. i never seen her working at the window so i dont know if she is new , but if she is they need to put her in a different position like cleanining t

Napkin dispensary was placed on the side of the trash barrel/sugar/knives dispenser. The napkins dispenser is always next to the knives on top, not on the side corner below. Each Dunkins layout is generally the same. I've been to Dunkins all across New England and in Connecticut. When I asked where the napkins were I got yelled at. This place is terrible. The workers are extremely rude and the construction of the place terrible.

This is one of the best remodeled Dunkin’s that I have been to. What sets this store apart is the staff, especially the morning staff when it’s the busiest time. The staff are always fast and efficient, take orders quickly, pay attention to special requests, and they are always cheerful and energetic. Getting my morning coffee and bagel was a great part of my morning routine when I lived in Salem.
