I got robbed by Taco Bell. I paid for food, yet got this… pics speak for themselves. Almost no chicken or cheese in the cantina tacos. I have low food standards — I will eat taquitos from a 7-Eleven hot case, but this… this Taco Bell experience was a new low that even I was not okay with. I will make life changes to cook at home instead of eat out to avoid service and food like this.

Let me set the scene: It’s 1 a.m. My son has just been admitted to Children’s Hospital. I haven’t eaten all day. I’m running purely on stress and caffeine fumes. All I want is Taco Bell. Simple. Four items. FOUR. I pull up and they tell me they don’t have my order. For a second I thought I hallucinated the whole thing. After a little giggling and goofing off in the background, my order magically appears. Praise be. While I’m waiting (forever), I get dinner AND a show. I wouldn't eat here again even if it was free. Came in today for lunch and watched the girl literally throw my food together splashing meet cheese and lettuce everywhere. Also ordered nachos and cheese and there were only 5 chips in the bag. I normally dont leave bad reviews but avoid this place like the plague.

The young woman at the drive through window handed me 2 boxes and a medium sized bag all in one go which was barely doable through my sedan window. I also had a brace on. Also did not receive any napkins and she shut the window instantly so i couldn’t ask for any.
