Condiments and napkins have to be asked for and it’s nowhere to be seen so staff need to help and they are usually busy. It’s inconvenient. I don’t remember any other place where you go to the restroom and there’s no seat covers. Thought it was weird. The establishment is kept clean and organized and it is a nice hang out spot.

think this is one of the nicest McDonald’s locations I’ve ever visited! Today I redeemed an apple pie and ordered a coffee. Since my coffee was still being made, I was asked to wait in drive-thru spot #2. After just a few minutes, my coffee was ready. The staff member who served me was incredible — so thoughtful, attentive, and friendly! He reminded me to be careful because the coffee was hot, and even through his smile I could feel his kindness. I truly believe he might be a manager because of how professional and caring he was. Such wonderful service really made my day — extremely thoughtf

They only care about drive thru orders. They consistently ignore walkin customers. If you order at the self ordering kiosk, good luck waiting 20-30 minutes. They will literally just ignore you. Which single burger takes 20-30 minutes everytime? We always see other people waiting too, only drive thru gets their orders fast. Just terrible, shame on the entire team. If you don’t like your job, why do it? Go apply someplace else. I am writing this review after experiencing this MULTIPLE times. Come on!

Good food, fast service, clean interior, and - honestly very rare for a McDonalds - everything worked! The terminals, the receipt printers, the ice cream machine, the soda dispenser everything. Also, the new refresher was really good and looked very fresh. The parking lot is confusing and, while large, very strangely laid out.
