Great service at the counter. Quick! This KFC is an exception to all other KFCs! The condiments were well stocked. They have a freestyle drink dispenser and the food was hot and good. The original recipe chicken breast was moist and the biscuits were NOT dry. My daughter went later and said her chicken sandwich was dry. The place was clean and I still recommend that this was a great KFC. I would definitely return when in town again.

I visited KFC store #3374 located at 211 Highway 7 South, Blue Springs, MO with my granddaughter for dinner. While we were there, a customer returned an order of chicken because they had received the wrong item. The manager handled the situation and replaced the order, but what really concerned me was what happened next. The manager took the chicken that the customer had returned and placed it back on a tray instead of throwing it away. This was very alarming. Waited 15 minutes as they were out of chicken. Ordered a 12 piece mixed and we got 5 thighs, 3 legs, 2 breasts and 2 wings. They boxed the chicken extremely hot so all the breading became saturated with steam and fell off. But then the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way through. To top it all off, they didn’t give us the mashed potatoes and gravy. Called corporate and they really can’t do anything.
