This rating really isn't against the restaurant against the app. It's like super difficult to enter your birthday. You got entered wrong and then there was just no way to change it and I was blocked out of using the app. What a nightmare! I was just trying to get some free Friday fries.

Placed online order, drive thru was closed,had to go inside, employees we're not wearing gloves and very unhelpful, made is wait for people who came in with no orders. No signage for drive thru being closed. Food was very skimpy. Will never go to this location again.

Orderd via the app for pick up when I showed up they said it'll be 5 more minutes for the fish sandwich, I said never mind on the sandwich then cause I was in a rush. They said oh wait we got 1 made can you pull forward and we will bring it out to you. There was no one else on line or in the store. But i pulled forward cause I figured sure whatever easier. It then took them 11min to get my food out, and its was wrong. Won't be comming back to this wendys ever again

Well, I'd just skip this place. 3rd times a charm. Three times I gave them a chance, spent our hard earned money, and greatly regretted it! We ordered, got pulled forward, waited 11 mins and everything is cold and old except one item. Fries were so old and cold that the air fryer didn't even really help. Insane and gross. My baconator had zero bacon on it (again), rather it had other toppings on Patty's cold enough that none of the cheese even pretended to melt. Such a shame. We'll go elsewhere in the future.
