Sip Café is one of the most unique coffee spots in Boston. Located right in Post Office Square, it feels like a peaceful escape in the middle of the city. The coffee is excellent—smooth, rich, and consistently well-made—and the pastries and light food options are fresh and satisfying. It’s the perfect place for a morning coffee or a relaxing lunch break. What really makes this place special is the atmosphere. Sitting in the park surrounded by greenery while enjoying your coffee is such a refreshing experience, especially in a busy downtown area. It’s calm, scenic, and just a great vibe overall

I don’t write reviews often, but we had such a Lovely experience at Sips in Boston! Found it the first day of a 4 day trip and kept coming back. The park is lovely and relaxing, the coffee and tea are fantastic and the food was excellent as well. We had yogurt, scones, avocado toast and a ham and egg sandwich over our time here and there’s nothing I wouldn’t recommend.

I've never had a bad experience at Sip. I'm a latte drinker, so I generally don't have detailed commentary on the coffee in its most bare form, but I think their latte and milk drinks are solid, probably a B+. I also have only ever had great interactions with the staff. Perhaps the atmosphere boosts their mood? The location is definitely a draw, but even putting that aside, all my café needs are happily met when I come to Sip.
