Attention management at this domino's: I had a very unpleasant interaction with a Domino's delivery driver today. Instead of focusing on their delivery, this young man walked far out of his way to approach me from a considerable distance to tell me I was parked somewhere I supposedly 1st be. The situation had nothing to do with them, and the interaction was completely unecessary, confrontational, and unprofessional. I ordered a pizza via Domino's app almost an hour in advance with a scheduled pick up time for carry-out. I stopped by to pick up my order on time as the app said my order is ready. When I arrived, they couldn't locate my order in the first place then asked me to wait a bit. 5 minutes later, they informed me that my order would be ready in a few minutes. Although I carried out my order, I saw two families dining in. The restaurant is small - only has two 4-person dining tables and 1 2-person dining table. Really disappointed. We ordered two and both were badly burnt — completely black and tasted bitter. We asked for pineapple, but there was no pineapple at all (that’s okay, but our kid was really disappointed). The burnt crust made it hard to enjoy. Hope this is just a one-off, but we won’t be ordering again. Try other places instead!
