Purchased two pizzas for carry out. Asked for one packet of crushed peppers and was told to buy a packet. Really!! When did that change? Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and the crust was not the usual crispy one that I am use to. It was otherwise made well.

I’ve been ordering from this Bothell location over 3 years now, seen some ebb and flow during that time. But it’s always been pretty good, and right now things are especially good thanks in no small part to Manager Andrew. Since this dude came along, the pizza and the service have been consistently above average. Andrew always comes across as very genuine, and it’s so great to get some good old-fashioned customer service, particularly since it’s so hard to find these days. Thanks Drew, it’s very appreciated! Note to the Owners: First of all, Drew gets a raise! Second, the DoorDash thing does

Worst branch ever for Pizza Hut. There are only 3 ingredients in my order and they missed one (onions) and look the the spread of toppings. So disappointing. Will never go back to this branch again. The one in Everett is the best pizza from Pizza Hut so far I had. Avoid this branch if you can. And to top it, the one who gave me my order doesn’t wear mask or gloves.
