Caroline Chitsa★★★★★AMAZING food & great service. We tried a little bit of everything. The sushi is fresh, okonomiyaki is delightfully savory, perfectly crispy gyoza, and refreshing deserts. Everyone was very kind and attentive and the food came out surprisingly fast! This might be our new spot when we come down to Boulder.

Walk in around 7.15pm - 10mins wait to get a table, 20-25mins wait for the food to come but ordering was convenient with the service device. Loud but good japanese American vibes. I agree with a previous reviewer: Staff are awkwardly nice and made me uncomfortable with their intentional higher tone voice. Yakisoba and Osaka ramen have great flavors but ramen broth was a little too salty for our taste. Yakisoba was spot on, I would order it again. Cute dishes and set up.
