Bubbaque’s is one of our top favorites. We’ve been coming here for dining in and take out for years. ‘Bout time I reviewed!!!! Food: Last night’s dinner was amazing! Everyone was cooked just right. The brisket was tender and flavorful, wings fried just right, fries tasty, Bubba Bread as always really good and buttery, and the dry ribs (St Louis) were perfectly cooked and tender. The service here is very professional, attentive and considerate. I ate here twice. I enjoyed the fall special of potato skins swapping out pork for brisket, so good! And the fried oreos with raspberry sauce my gosh was absolutely devine. You can see I'd already gotten started on them before taking a photo. The redneck nachos weren't anything special to me. The atmosphere was cool and laid back and Lexi is a rockstar very knowledgeable about the menu, patient with questions and made recommendations.

Won tickets in a contest that BubbaQue’s BBQ sponsored so got some lunch to try while I was picking up the tickets. GREAT friendly staff and fun country bbq shack atmosphere. The jalapeno poppers are AMAZING and the Texas Brisket cooked just right and they provide all lean cuts if you want! Great taste and the Texas sausage were delicious as well. Will definitely be going back and hoping they have a food set up at the country fest this weekend!
