here at 10am. no one in the drive thru. still waiting for a jumbo jack and drink for 10mins. if they close down some restaurants, this should be on the list. edit: had to edit the review because they messed up my burger and made a breakfast burger. i get it, workers talk, but if you can’t focus that’s a problem.

The drive through here has a very bad speaker system. I can't hear and/or understand them. This has gone on for many, many years. Every time I've mentioned it, they tell me at the window that it's going to be replaced soon. Years later, nothing has been done. The last time that I went there, which was recently, I was hoping to get a meal deal that included a time limited promotional cup. I was double checking to see if they still had the cup because I don't trust them to keep them in stock while a promotion is still running. I could not get a straight answer through their speake

I tolerate it to a certain degree when people make mistakes but if I have to go back three times, it’s an issue because why am I having to go back and you can’t get it right the first time or quality check your product. Iced Coffee had no syrup, gave me an unsweetened vanilla iced coffee and then went back again for another and she gave me literally the same thing. She took out another bottle to make it look like they took the wrong one out but at the end it’s the same flavor profile as the first one thinking I wouldn’t notice. I wish I could get my money back but I need to call corporate for
