If you’re looking for the best Prime Rib in the area, look no further! The Summit House is a total gem tucked away on a hill with incredible views. We started with the beets salad, but the star of the show is definitely the roast prime rib of beef. Don't skip the creamed corn, horseradish, and the spinach. They are the perfect sides.
