I haven't been here for a long time because of the renovation last year! I came here for lunch for the first time this year. The environment is much better! The charging socket has also been updated, this to praise 👍! But there are also bad things about not being able to order food on your phone today? ! I can't place an order even if I have two! I already submitted a report to McDonald’s but I am SO SO tired of placing an order at 3:30am after the gym and before my shift to just get there and be told THE SYSTEM IS DOWN SO GET A REFUND??? Two times almost back to back? Isn’t that strange and such a coincidence? They made me cancel my order the first time and sure I got my money but the second time I used my points and I couldn’t get them back??? Why??? It said they had already made my food?? What food? Really nice clean restaurant. The play place is clean and generally quiet. I tried going there to study - I actually wish McD would turn the play place into a quiet study room for part of the day. Came here again late on a Sunday night and picked up a basic burger order. Burger was cold when I picked it up because they had it sitting in a bag since I had ordered it 30 mins before; on the app you're supposed to be able to order it ahead of time and click "I'm here" when you're picking it up. They made it right away and let it sit, then had a hard time finding it when I showed up. After I left
