Thai Peppers is truly an institution in this community. I’ve been coming here since 2007 and it was the first time I ever had Thai food. Now, almost 20 years later, Thai food is my favorite cuisine and I’ve been to Thailand over 11 times, all starting off my love with this place. Their food in my opinion is very authentic and has great flavors, esp their basil fried rice. I’ve been trying to recreate it since 2007. Thai Pepper Restaurant Owner! I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent experience at your Bristow location. I ordered mango sticky rice for takeout, and upon receiving it, I was shocked to find that the mango was clearly not freshly cut, as I was informed over the phone. We ordered delivery the other night. The food arrived hot and in a reasonable amount of time. We did notice that the prices had increased dramatically (greed-flation). What we found when we began to dine was extremely disappointing. The tom kha soups were spicy, and they didn’t have many ingredients. Very little chicken, mushrooms, or coconut milk. Plenty of lemongrass and curry…a bit heavy on the curry. But the soups were all very watery. Next came the crab rangoons. They were cooked well enough, but, once again, the dipping sauce was watered down. Finally we get to the entrees. The pork w
