I went there today 12. 26. 2025.. When I got in the order line I saw a male that was handling food on the front order line with his hair basically hanging over the uncovered food he was handling and serving to the customers.. I wondered when would a customer say something to management.. It never happened. I was about 10 people back so by the time I was about to order my food I asked a female who seem to be the manager because she was telling the other people working what to do. She seemed irritated when I requested that the male pull his hair back... Thoughts anyone??

Terrible. This was my first job as a teen and so much has changed! We were required to wear hair nets, hats, aprons, gloves etc. Now, no one has their hair covered while on the line. My orders have been messed up on multiple occasions For delivery. They also charge my card multiple times for 1 debit transaction. Called to speak with a manager about my delivery experience through the Qdoba app. She took my information and said Victor will be calling. Never heard from him. Pickup and delivery has been horrible lately. Will try another location from now on.

I’m very disappointed, this is my favorite location and the last 2 times I got my burrito, the chicken was pink! The manager gave me a card for a free burrito for next time, but I feel like they should’ve checked the chicken that’s a safety violation and that’s how people can get sick. Very disappointing. I go to this location for my lunch break, or for dinner sometimes after work as it’s close to my job. Their staffing has also gone down they hired a bunch of young kids that don’t know what they’re doing and you can tell they just rush to get the job done. Maybe that’s why the chicken was pin
