I am a vegetarian and they made me a beef crunch wrap supreme when it was suppose to be a black bean crunch wrap supreme. I have been a vegetarian for about 10 years and ate beef for the first time in 10 years. I called and the store was unable to give us a full refused but rather a $15 credit for our next purchase. Definitely consider the lack of customer service. I do unfortunate have to hold them accountable for not accommodating a full refund or understanding the full situation.

The lady working the drive-thru at night is often hard to understand and there are frequent communication issues, which leads to my order being messed up regularly. If you’re working a customer service job, especially in a fast food drive-thru, clear communication and accuracy are important. This location needs improvement in that area.

This is one of the best locations within a 10 mile radius. Fast service. Never need to check my bag after I leave the drive thru, as I never have missing items. Customized menu items are always made correctly.
